Croatoan is holding an Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Sunday, June 12, 2022.
We will once again return to in-person meetings. Those who cannot attend can complete a proxy.

Eligibility to Participate in the AGM
All members of the public are invited to attend the AGM, however, only Croatoan members in good standing can vote on motions and other matters on the floor.
Am I a member in good standing?
Members in good standing are those who purchased a membership during the 2021/2022 registration session. Memberships are only valid for one season and must be renewed during each registration session. If you are unsure if you are a member in good standing, please contact us at agm@croatoan.ca.
Attendance and Proxy
We encourage members to RSVP so that we can anticipate if quorum will be met. If you cannot attend, please fill out the attached proxy form and submit it to agm@croatoan.ca no later than Friday, June 10th. By signing the proxy form, you are assigning your vote to a member of Croatoan that you know will attend the meeting and can vote in your stead.
This is very important as we require 50% + 1 of all members to be present or the meeting cannot go forward and must be rescheduled.
